Document Destruction

Documents that have been scanned or alternatively those that have reached the end of their life will often need to be destroyed securely.

Preview offers both on site and off site secure destruction using static and mobile cross cut shredders that mince all the material cut into tiny pieces. Unlike simple strip cut shredding, the cross cut method is highly secure and leaves no trace of the original document.

All material destroyed conforms to the internationally recognised standard for secure destruction -BS8470

Working with its partner, Preview can also organise large mobile trucks to visit client premises by appointment.
All destroyed material is recycled and Destruction Certificates are provided for all material.
