Preview has more than doubled its secure document storage capacity with the opening of a 60,000 box bulk storage and scanning facility at Oswestry, Shropshire.

Preview is now able to offer an enhanced Scan on Demand service at competitive rates. This 'Just in Time' scanning service means that you scan only what you need and pay only when you need to. Scanning helps Lambeth Council implement Claims Handling System

For the past five years, local councils have been obliged to maintain a register of claims against them. and Lambeth Council adopted the LACHS system (Local Authority Claims Handling System) in 1999. When Maureen Dennie, the Borough's Assistant Risk Insurance Manager, saw that she had a backlog on her hands, Preview came to the rescue. Maureen was able to scan and transfer upwards of 100,000 documents onto a handful of CDs...

Pulling In The Crowds

When Preview exhibits at a trade show or conference, we like to feature one of our high speed document scanners in action. Most people have never seen one of these volume scanners in full flight and we always manage to pull in the crowds!

Preview attended the IFA Financial Expo in Harrogate on 30th September and at Olympia, London on 5th October. Preview shared the stand with its data services partner, the Regent Organisation. Both venues were well attended. Also in September, we attended the first ever Practice Managers Forum arranged by the Law Management Section of the Law Society. The sixty or so Legal Practice Mangers who attended found the event useful. Preview offers a number of specialist services to law firms, including Litigation Support and the Virtual Data Room as well as generic Scan on Demand and Background Backfile services.
