New Records Mangement Centre
Following an extensive search
for a suitable site Preview has now opened a new purpose
built Records Management Centre (RMC) to complement its
processing centre in Hanworth.
The RMC has been specially prepared
to handle large volumes of paper for secure storage and in
particular scan-on-demand retrieval services. It will hold
around 100 million paper records in a secure managed environment
and, using the world leading O’Neil software, every
archive box and every movement is tracked individually.

Preview Waterproof Competition
After a great response to our Waterproof
Competition, we received a number of entries worthy of merit.
However, there could only be one winner and this time it
goes to Mark White seen proudly with his waterproof at the
top of the Empire State Building in New York.
Mark picks up the prize of a case
of champagne. Congratulations to all of you who entered
and due to its success we will be having a rerun next year

Survey Results 2006
Over the past month we have had
a large number of responses to our Customer survey which
we sent out. Many thanks to all of you who responded and
provided feedback to us.
While we continually work to improve
our service levels, we were pleased to see that we were
rated Above Average in most of the categories in the survey.
We were particularly delighted to read that we received
a 97% approval rating from people stating that they would
be happy to recommend Preview.

| 'Lunch
on Us' a success at Spirax
Sarco
A number of companies have taken
up our offer to run Lunch
on Us sessions for their internal department heads that
we announced in the last Newsletter. One such company was
Spirax Sarco, where we hosted a lunch for a number of different
departments from across the company.
The session gave them the opportunity
to discuss whether document scanning would be as beneficial
for them as it had been elsewhere in the organisation. It
was considered to be a great success by all who attended
and has allowed Spirax to identify a number of key areas
where processes could be helped through the use of additional
scanning services.
