For those organisations that, for any reason, do not wish their documents removed from their premises Preview can scan on site.

Preview has mobile scanning systems that can operate with a single person or we can set up a complete temporary network on site for the duration of the project.

This enables any highly sensitive or valuable items to be scanned in situ and with the optional involvement of a client’s own staff.

Images can be scanned straight into Preview’s world class, secure web-based image repository eView+ for instant viewing from anywhere with Internet access.
