Public Authorities

With the inception of the new Freedom of Information Act all public authorities including local councils, schools, health authorities, police fire and others will be required to publish their standards for records access. In many cases this will require scanning and electronic archiving of historic and contemporary records. Preview is already helping to provide expertise and consultancy to a number of these authorities and is extremely familiar with the issues involved. Preview has a range of plans to suit the different needs of Public Authorities and in particular to limit the cost of such exercises.

FMCG

Preview has launched a unique, cost effective service for Proof of Delivery (POD) scanning that is already delivering huge benefits. Scanned PODs are stored digitally and can be retrieved immediately from any location regardless of where the delivery took place. Preview will collect or take delivery of PODs as often as necessary and scan them immediately.

Whilst Preview can manage all post scanning and distribution, some applications are particularly suited.
