Proof of Delivery Scanning

A proof of delivery (POD) needs to be readily available when it is needed, more often than not at short notice. Many freight companies now scan their PODs, ensuring that the POD can be located quickly when dealing with requests for confirmation of delivery and this, in turn, speeds up the cash receivables process.

Preview has launched a unique, cost effective service for POD scanning that is already delivering huge benefits.

			Scanned PODs are stored digitally and can be retrieved immediately from any location regardless of where the delivery took place.
			The image can be printed, faxed or even emailed to the enquiring party.
			Preview will collect or take delivery of PODs as often as necessary and scan them immediately.

The images can be indexed and transferred to CD or uploaded directly to your network. Alternatively, Preview operates a unique web hosted system eView+ which enables PODs to be viewed from anywhere, only a few hours after the delivery.
