Success invariably brings both opportunities and challenges with it and at London Vision Clinic this was certainly the case. As their reputation and the number of patients they treated had increased, so had the challenges associated with maintaining the expert personalised care and service level that they had become known for.
Alongside the technical investment, all their relevant information needed to be up to date and accessible online – to do this, London Vision Clinic’s patient records had to be scanned and digitised. The National Archives

While we believe that all the documents that we work with are valuable and treat them as such, there can be little denying that those held in The National Archives have an undisputed position in this respect.
The National Archives is the official archive of the UK Government and holds over ten million records - from Domesday Book to the most recent government papers.
We are, therefore, very pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract framework agreement by The National Archives and are one of only four companies entrusted with scanning some of the rarest and most valuable material in existence.

If there is one name which is synonymous with all matters etiquette, taste and achievement in the UK, then that name is Debrett’s.
However, in addition to its distinctive public image, Debrett’s also has a finely tuned operation behind the scenes ensuring that its publications safely reach those who have ordered them as quickly and smoothly as possible. Just as importantly, being a key contact point with the company for their customers, it was imperative that the whole process was carried out with the utmost professionalism. New bigger Records Mangement Centre
The previous RMC which we opened just two years ago has served us well but quite simply we have outgrown it!
With the additional storage and scanning requirements, a move to a new facility became imperative so there was no impact to services operating through it.
With the move seamlessly completed, we now have a new Records Management Centre that is some 3 times larger than the original one and will allow us to continue to develop and expand the services we offer.
Open Day
We are currently organising an Open Day for customers and prospects to give you the opportunity not only to speak to key members of our staff but also to see the facilities and equipment where the work is carried out. This will be happening in early June and we will be sending out further details in the near future.
New Website Development
We have decided that the time has come to revamp the Company's website which, having served the Company well, has now become a little restrictive as the Company continues to expand and move ahead. We have, therefore, been working with a specialist web design company to develop a website which we believe will give us that opportunity going forward and one where information and advice will be easily findable. Expected launch is early May so keep your eyes peeled.
