Spreading the word at Philips - electronically of course 

PhilipsAlready well versed in the benefits that scanning offered, Philips was looking to extend its document management programme across all divisions within the company and so needed to identify a partner able to cover the requirements. This partner would need to have the capability to deliver all aspects of scanning, as well as provide a secure online image storage solution for the document files once they had been digitised.

Preview had previous experience in the area and was clearly able to demonstrate both the expertise and the scale to allow them to effectively manage the scope of the complete project. In addition, their secure online web repository, eView+, was exactly the type of online solution that Philips required to deliver the efficiencies of being able to view and retrieve files as necessary across all of their business divisions.

Customer Survey Results 2009

We have had our biggest ever response to our Customer Satisfaction Survey which we sent out earlier this month. So, firstly, a big thank you to all of you who responded and provided us with feedback.

While we continually work to improve our service levels, we were pleased to see that overall we were rated Above Average in most of the categories in the survey. We were particularly delighted to read that we received a 95% approval rating from people stating that they would be happy to recommend Preview.

Preview achieves ISO 27001:2005 certification

Preview Services is very pleased to announce that they now hold all three of the key ISO standards having recently achieved the ISO 27001:2005 certification for information security management to join the general ISO 9001:2008 for quality management systems and ISO 140001:2004 for environmental management systems which they already hold.

The ISO 27001 standard requires that an organisation designs and implements comprehensive information security controls to address any potential information security risks in their systems. They also require the implementation of a management process to ensure that these controls continue to meet the organisation's information security needs on an ongoing basis

A warm welcome to Ellis Mugridge

We are very pleased to welcome Ellis Mugridge to Preview who has joined us in the role of Sales and Marketing Director.

In this position, Ellis is now responsible for all aspects of the Company’s commercial activities and brings to it a wealth of experience in managing and developing sales operations in the UK and Europe.

Most recently, Ellis was European Sales Director at Acco and so has a deep understanding of the document life cycle. He’s known for leading from the front and is certainly not afraid to roll up his sleeves to get things done, so you can expect to be seeing a lot of him in the months ahead.

Odeon Cinemas Premiere Club a hit at the box office

Odeon Cinemas Club CardAt the beginning of 2009, Odeon Cinemas took the decision to introduce a customer loyalty card across its chain of cinemas. The Odeon Premiere Club card (OPC) was intended to reward customers’ loyalty by awarding points for each purchase which could be saved and then used on either cinema tickets or food and drinks in the cinemas.

Preview Services was selected as the partner for the full project based on the breadth of experience it could bring to the project directly, as well as its ability to work with and manage the specialist companies required to make the project a success.
